Request for obtaining information under RTI Act, 2005

A person, who desires to obtain any information under RTI Act, 2005, shall make a request in writing or through electronic means in English or Hindi or in the official language of the area in which the application is being made, accompanying with the application, a fee of 10/- (Rupees Ten only) through demand draft or bankers cheque payable to Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission or through Indian Postal Order (IPO) payable to Secretary-cum-Scientific Director, Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ghaziabad.

The information seeker Below Poverty Line (BPL) category are not required to pay any fee. However, proof in support of the claim for being Below Poverty Line should be submitted.

The following officers are nominated as Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) of the Commission:-

1) Dr V. Kalaiselvan, Senior Principal Scientific Officer, IPC, Ghaziabad for Technical matter related to RTI Act 2005.

2) Dr K. K. Singh, Library & Information Officer, IPC, Ghaziabad for Publication matter related to RTI Act 2005.

3) Mr Chandan Kumar, Finance & Accounts Officer, IPC, Ghaziabad for Administrative matter related to RTI Act 2005.
